Role
• Answering phone calls
• Answering online chat and
• Assisting customers with online ordering difficulties
• Assisting with delivery enquiries, refunds and return requests
• Assisting the technical support team with customer contact
• Sales and promotion
Minimum Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, well-spoken and good grammar
• Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent sales ability
• Strong customer service ethic
• An understanding of the workings of online shopping
• Language Skills: Fluent English
• Working laptop (Core i3 at minimum)
• LAN connection
• back up power and internet connection
Preferred Requirements
• at least 1 year experience working at a BPO (1yr tenure in 1 company only) or Call Centre; preferably longer tenure in a company
Workload
40 hours per week, approx.
CERTIFIED DAY SHIFT following MELBOURNE TIME (AEST)
REGISTERED company in the PHILIPPINES
Government mandated contributions to start on Day 1.
HMO will be given after probationary period.
