JOB OVERVIEW

The main focus of this role is simple: call every lead, follow up properly, and make sure no potential client is missed.

Responsibilities:

Call new and existing leads daily
Follow up with ADU, garage conversion, and construction inquiries
Confirm basic project information, location, and availability
Schedule qualified inquires for ON-SITE MEETING CONSULTATION.
Keep clear notes and update lead status
Make multiple follow-ups everyday
Represent the company in a professional and respectful way

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills
Clear, professional, and easy-to-understand speaking voice
Experience in cold calling, sales, appointment setting, or lead follow-up
Comfortable making many calls per day
Reliable, organized, and consistent
Construction, remodeling, real estate, or home improvement experience is a plus
Must be confident speaking with homeowners
Strong internet connection
No unnecessary background noises (such as honking, car noises, rooster, family members, etc.)
Strictly working on Pacific standard time (must be aware of the US time and set computer clock to pacific standard time)
Must be knowledgeable with google meet and zoom meetings

Important:

Working hours 2 PM - 6 PM PST (Work hours may vary depending on your performance, efficiency, and ability to coordinate effectively with the team and company owner.)

This position is focused only on calling and lead follow-up. We are looking for someone who can speak clearly, sound professional, and help us make sure every lead is contacted quickly.

Salary information:
1st week will be doing overlap and shadow with the team to review abilities and provide knowledge. Qualified candidates will be reimbursed for their hours.

The first salary payment will be issued after the initial 30 days of employment.

After that every 15th of the month and 30th of the month payment will be set for review and will be paid the following week (every 2 weeks, lapse of 1 week from the previous cut off).
