JOB OVERVIEW

NursePreneur Academy helps nurses and midwives build online businesses so nursing becomes optional, not something they're stuck doing out of necessity. We're a fast-growing coaching and education brand built specifically for the healthcare space, and we're looking for a DM Setter/Dialer to join our sales team and help us book more calls with nurses ready to make a change.

This isn't a generic sales role. Our audience is nurses. Tired, overworked, big-hearted, skeptical of anything that smells like a scheme. You need to be able to talk to them like a human being who actually gets it, not a script reading machine.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing our Instagram DM inbox daily — replying to new leads, warming up conversations, and booking qualified calls
Following up with leads who've expressed interest but haven't booked yet (13-touch follow-up sequences)
Dialing and setting appointments before and after our webinars
Following up with webinar no-shows and non-converters to get them back on the phone
Hitting daily activity targets: DMs sent, follow-ups completed, calls booked
Sending an end-of-day report, on time, without being chased for it
Showing up to daily check-ins and weekly team calls, on time and prepared

What We Need From You

Excellent written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable. You'll be building trust with prospects through text and voice, so your English needs to be clean, warm, and natural, not stiff or robotic.
Dialing experience. You know how to work a phone, handle objections in real time, and keep a conversation moving without sounding pushy.
Fast ramp-up. We need someone who can hit the ground running. Within 30 days you'll be expected to be fully ramped to 125 DMs and follow-ups per day.
Empathy. Our audience is nurses. You need to genuinely relate to people who give everything at work and have nothing left for themselves. If you can't sit with someone's overwhelm before you try to move them forward, this isn't the role for you.
High say-do ratio. You do what you say you're going to do. No excuses, no chasing you for basic admin.
Coachable. You'll get direct, regular feedback. We need someone who takes it and gets better, not someone who gets defensive.
Decisive and hungry. You want to grow, you want to earn more, and you're not waiting around to be told what to do next.

Preference will be given to female candidates, given the nature of our audience and the tone of conversation that tends to land best with them.

Compensation

This role is commission-based, paid on calls closed, with a ramping commission on results. . You DM and Dial, Book qualified leads, the founder takes the call and closes it, and when it closes you get paid. Full commission structure and on-track earnings will be discussed in your interview, once we understand your experience and availability.

We have a webinar launching in September and are looking to bring someone on now so they're ramped and ready to go.

Trial Period

Every hire goes through a 1-2 week trial before we make it official.
We'll be looking at how fast you pick things up, how consistently you show up, and whether your actions match your words. If that goes well, this is a long-term seat at the table, not a 3-month gig.
