Job Responsibilities:

Product Research & Listing:
- At least 2+ years in experience in Amazon dropshipping, wholesale, or private label
- Conduct extensive product research to find profitable products for Amazon dropshipping
- Utilize tools like Helium10 to evaluate BSR, product type, size, and quality
- Manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accuracy and optimization
- Source products from suppliers such as Walmart, Wayfair, Costco, Target, Nordstrom Rack, etc.

Order Processing & Account Health:
- Process and confirm orders, ensuring that items are shipped promptly
- Upload and manage tracking IDs using systems like TrackTaco and OA Genius
- Handle returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claims proficiently
- Monitor account health metrics: Order-defect rate, late-shipment rate, cancellation rate, and valid tracking rate

Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records and track Amazon payouts as needed
- Assist in financial reporting and budget management as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Proven experience in Amazon dropshipping, product research, and Account Health Management
- Strong knowledge of product research strategies and supplier sourcing
- Excellent attention to detail, data entry, and organizational skills
- Able to follow SOP's and work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, and OA Genius
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated and willing to be part of a growing Amazon empire with potential for future pay raises and bonuses
