Human Resources Manager – BPO Operations (Remote)
We are hiring an experienced Human Resources professional to own HR, payroll, and scheduling operations for our BPO client, Jencor. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving, high-volume environment where accuracy, structure, and accountability matter. You will be responsible for day-to-day workforce administration while ensuring compliance, consistency, and operational stability across a remote team.
This role is best suited for someone who has already operated inside a BPO environment, understands scale, and can run HR operations without hand-holding.
Role Overview
You will manage the full scope of HR, payroll, and workforce scheduling for Jencor’s BPO operations. Your work ensures staffing coverage is met daily, payroll is processed accurately, and employees are supported through compliant, efficient HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Own all HR operations for Jencor’s BPO workforce.
• Manage and maintain employee scheduling systems to ensure daily staffing coverage and shift compliance.
• Review, audit, and validate timekeeping records; coordinate payroll preparation and processing.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, coaching support, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for policy guidance, employee inquiries, and system navigation.
• Maintain compliant HR records, personnel files, and confidential documentation.
• Support onboarding, compliance tracking, and offboarding processes.
• Partner with leadership on policy enforcement, training rollouts, and process improvements.
• Identify gaps or breakdowns in workforce processes and implement corrective action.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience within a BPO or high-volume workforce environment (required).
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale scheduling, timekeeping compliance, and payroll coordination.
• Strong understanding of remote workforce operations and BPO staffing workflows.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations issues professionally and confidently.
• Hands-on familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and remote collaboration tools.
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• High discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
