JOB OVERVIEW

Qualifications:

Graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or any related course.
At least three (3) years of experience in:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Timekeeping and Attendance Management
Offboarding
Proficient in handling multiple HR functions and can work with minimal supervision.
Can start as soon as possible (ASAP).
Willing to work in the Alabang area.
DESCRIPTION:

1. Recruitment Support
· Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
· Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
· Source and join job fairs
· Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
· Conduct initial interviews
· Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases

2. Onboarding
· Facilitate pre-employment requirements and documentation
· Coordinate new hire onboarding schedules
· Prepare onboarding materials and orientation presentations
· Ensure completion of all onboarding documents (e.g., contracts, policies, government forms)

3. Timekeeping & Attendance
· Monitor daily attendance and time records
· Maintain and update employee timekeeping systems
· Monitor leave applications and track balances
· Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing
· Address attendance discrepancies and coordinate with employees/supervisors

4. Off Boarding
· Administer the end-to-end employee offboarding process for resignations, retirements, terminations, and end-of-contract separations.
· Coordinate with department heads and support functions (Finance, IT, Operations, Admin, etc.) for employee clearance and return of company assets.
· Process requests for Certificates of Employment (COE), BIR Form 2316, and other separation-related documents.
· Coordinate with Payroll regarding final pay computation, deductions, and release schedules.

5. Support in other HT facets if needed.
