JOB OVERVIEW

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to build and manage email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot. You will also help set up Zoom trainings and support appointment scheduling and follow-up behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on execution role. We will provide direction on our business, audience, messaging, and campaign goals. You will turn that direction into well-organized campaigns that are tested, launched correctly, and followed through.
Prior experience personally building and managing email workflows in HubSpot is required. This is not a role for someone who is new to HubSpot or needs to learn the platform from the beginning. Experience using HubSpot only for contact management—or using a different email marketing platform—does not meet this requirement.
What you will do
Build and manage HubSpot email workflows and campaigns.
Create automated email workflows using provided campaign direction and approved content. Set up the appropriate contact segments, enrollment criteria, email timing, and follow-up steps. Test workflows before launch, check links and personalization, troubleshoot issues, and monitor campaign results.
Coordinate Zoom training setup and communications.
Schedule Zoom training sessions, organize registration and meeting details, and make sure the correct dates, times, time zones, and access links appear in campaign communications. Set up confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails, and help keep registration and attendance information organized.
Support appointment setting and follow-up.
Help interested contacts take the next step by coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, sending confirmations and reminders, and maintaining accurate notes and activity records in HubSpot. Ensure responses and appointment requests are routed to the right team member.
Required qualifications
- Proven, hands-on HubSpot email automation experience. You have personally built, tested, launched, and managed workflows—not simply worked alongside someone who did.
- Ability to work independently in HubSpot. You are comfortable with contact segmentation, workflow logic, email setup, testing, and troubleshooting, and can explain examples of your previous work.
- Strong written English and attention to detail. You catch incorrect links, dates, time zones, formatting, and scheduling details before they create problems.
- Reliable communication and follow-through. You can manage deadlines, keep the team updated, protect confidential information, and flag questions or issues early.
Nice to have
ClickFunnels experience is a plus, but it is not required and does not replace HubSpot experience. Previous experience coordinating Zoom trainings, supporting appointment setting, or managing post-event follow-up is also helpful.

4. What experience do you have with Zoom training setup, appointment-setting support, and ClickFunnels? ClickFunnels experience is optional.
Be prepared to discuss a previous workflow or demonstrate your approach using a mock example. Any work samples should be redacted and shared only with permission; please do not include confidential client or contact information.
Applications must clearly demonstrate prior HubSpot workflow-building experience to be considered. This could be a part time job or full time depending on the person.
