About the Role

We are a fast-scaling, multi-state Mobile IV Therapy company consolidating fragmented systems into HubSpot as our system of control.

This is a temporary, execution-heavy role focused on HubSpot architecture, automation, and integrations, working under defined access controls and executive oversight.

This is not a VA or admin support role.
This role exists to build, stabilize, document, and hand off a secure, scalable HubSpot environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For

HubSpot Architecture & Automation
• Implement HubSpot data architecture (properties, objects, datasets)
• Build advanced workflows (branching logic, fallbacks, error handling)
• Configure SMS and email automation tied to business logic
• Support reporting structures used for leadership decision-making
• Document system logic clearly for long-term maintainability

Integrations & Development
• Implement and maintain approved integrations using:
• HubSpot APIs
• Private apps
• Web hooks
• Write and maintain JavaScript-based integration logic
• Support data flows from external systems (payments, scheduling, internal apps)
• Follow established credential-management and security practices

Systems Execution
• Troubleshoot sync, workflow, and data issues
• Propose architectural improvements with clear tradeoffs
• Collaborate with executive leadership on priorities
• Leave behind clean documentation and handoff materials

To protect sensitive systems and data, this role operates within the following structure:
• Access is granted progressively based on scope
• All major system changes are:
• Logged
• Reviewed
• Documented
• No unilateral production changes without approval
