JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an Australian payments company hiring an experienced HubSpot Specialist to own and improve our HubSpot environment. This is a full-time role for someone who can build reports and dashboards, manage sales and marketing pipelines, AND handle light development work.

If you know HubSpot inside out and enjoy both the operational and technical side, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and revenue reporting
* Manage and optimise deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, and workflows
* Configure HubSpot properties, objects, automations, and integrations
* Light development: custom-coded workflow actions, API integrations, data operations
* Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and consistent
* Document processes and support internal users

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 3+ years hands-on HubSpot admin experience (Marketing, Sales, and/or Operations Hub)
* Strong experience with custom reports and dashboards
* Solid understanding of pipelines, lifecycle stages, and workflow automation
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Reliable and proactive — able to work independently in a remote team

NICE TO HAVE

* HubSpot certifications (Reporting, Operations Hub, Marketing Software)
* HubSpot CMS / HubL / serverless functions
* Experience integrating HubSpot with finance or payments platforms
* Development skills: HubSpot API, custom-coded workflow actions (JavaScript/Python), integrations
