The Role
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Solutions Engineer / Developer to support the implementation of HubSpot across a range of client projects.
This is a project based contract role focused on designing and implementing HubSpot solutions that connect marketing, sales, and revenue data across multiple systems.
Our goal is to ensure HubSpot becomes the single source of truth for marketing and sales activity, allowing us and our clients to clearly track the impact of marketing spend through to revenue generation.
Projects vary in size and complexity, from straightforward HubSpot setups to advanced implementations involving custom objects, integrations, automation, and attribution reporting.
You will collaborate with our internal team during the Scope of Work (SoW) stage to validate technical approaches, then take ownership of implementation once the project begins.
This role is fully remote and does not require direct client communication.

• CRM configuration and property management
CRM Architecture
• Designing scalable HubSpot CRM data structures
• Implementing custom objects and associations
• Managing complex property structures and lifecycle processes
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
Integrations and Data Connectivity
• Integrating HubSpot with marketing and analytics platforms
• Implementing API based integrations where required
• Configuring middleware tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
• Connecting HubSpot with external systems such as data warehouses and analytics platforms
Marketing Systems Integration

• Strong experience implementing HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
• Designing CRM architectures within HubSpot

• Managing complex data structures within HubSpot
Technical Capabilities
• Experience working with HubSpot APIs and private apps
• Experience implementing custom objects and complex CRM data models
• Experience building integrations using middleware tools such as Zapier or Make
• Experience connecting HubSpot with external marketing and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution and CRM data flows
Highly Regarded
• Experience with HubSpot CMS / Content Hub

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior HubSpot implementer or solutions engineer who is comfortable working across both RevOps architecture and technical implementation.
You should be confident in translating project scopes into technical implementation plans, designing scalable HubSpot CRM structures, integrating marketing and analytics systems with HubSpot, and enabling clear reporting from marketing activity through to revenue.
You will act as a technical partner to our internal team, helping us deliver increasingly complex HubSpot implementations as our client portfolio grows.
