ABOUT THE COMPANY

Capital Techies is a 20-year-old Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, serving the Washington DC metro area. We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 management, AV/conferencing solutions, and structured cabling to nonprofits, healthcare organizations, federal contractors, real estate firms, and SMBs. We're scaling aggressively and need a HubSpot expert to help build our marketing and sales engine from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Build and maintain HubSpot marketing automation workflows — lead nurture sequences, deal stage triggers, lifecycle management, re-engagement campaigns
Design and publish high-converting landing pages for lead magnets (cybersecurity assessments, vertical-specific offers for nonprofit, healthcare, GovCon)
Set up and optimize email sequences — cold outreach, drip campaigns, monthly newsletters by ICP vertical
Maintain CRM hygiene — deduplication, lifecycle stage mapping, pipeline management across 12 ICP profiles
Build custom reports and dashboards — MRR pipeline, lead source attribution, campaign ROI, rep activity
Manage HubSpot integrations with ConnectWise (PSA), ---------- (prospecting), and n8n (workflow automation)
Implement SEO best practices in HubSpot CMS — metadata, CTAs, blog publishing, internal linking
Support paid ad tracking — Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign UTM setup, conversion tracking, attribution reporting
Advise on new HubSpot features and AI tools as they roll out — we expect you to stay ahead of the curve
REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE
Active HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification (must provide certificate links)
Active HubSpot Sales Hub Certification
Active HubSpot Reporting Certification
3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience — not just familiarity
Proven experience building automation workflows (sequences, enrollment triggers, branching logic)
Strong English communication — async-first team, you'll write briefs, loom updates, and Slack messages
Portfolio of landing pages and workflows you've personally built
NICE TO HAVE
HubSpot CMS Developer or Partner Certification
Experience with B2B tech companies, SaaS, or MSPs
Familiarity with ---------- , n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads campaign management
ConnectWise or similar PSA/ticketing system exposure
RATE
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. We pay top rates for top talent — if you're certified, skilled, and can show your work, we will compensate you accordingly. This is a long-term role with room to grow.
