Overview:
We are an Amazon FBA education company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot Marketing Assistant to support our fractional CMO in executing marketing strategies. This role will focus on building and optimizing landing pages, creating forms, setting up workflows, and maintaining marketing automation systems in HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and optimize landing pages using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop tools or custom modules.
2. Create, embed, and manage lead capture forms with conditional logic.
3. Set up and manage HubSpot workflows, including lead nurturing, tagging, internal notifications, and task automation.
4. Collaborate with the CMO to translate campaign strategy into execution (lead magnets, course launches, webinars, etc.).
5. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
6. Maintain clean and organized CRM data, ensuring accurate segmentation and contact properties.
7. Implement lead scoring and lifecycle stages to improve sales and marketing alignment.
8. Troubleshoot issues with forms, automations, or landing pages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification preferred).
- Strong grasp of marketing automation, lead funnels, and campaign workflows.
- Basic understanding of conversion optimization and landing page best practices.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Docs, Loom, Slack, Hubspot.
- Ability to work independently and meet fast-paced deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred (Not Required):
Familiarity with Amazon FBA or e-commerce (bonus).
Knowledge of
Light HTML/CSS skills for minor design adjustments
Experience in an online education or info-product business model
Estimated Hours: 10–20 hours/week with growth potential
