JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced HubSpot Expert to manage, optimize, and scale CRM operations. This role will focus on building efficient systems, improving workflows, and supporting both sales and marketing functions through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, and/or Service Hubs)
* Build and maintain workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
* Manage integrations with third-party tools and ensure seamless data flow
* Support sales and marketing teams with CRM best practices and system improvements
* Ensure data accuracy, organization, and proper CRM structure

Requirements
* Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
* Strong background in automation, workflows, and reporting
* Experience supporting sales and marketing teams within a CRM environment
* Detail-oriented with strong process and systems thinking
* Excellent written and communication skills
