We're looking for a proactive HubSpot developer to join our marketing team and help implement marketing campaigns on our B2B website. You'll work alongside another developer and a designer in a small, practical team.
This is NOT a ticket-taking role.
We need someone who spots problems before they're assigned, reaches out to team members directly when stuck, suggests improvements to systems and workflows, and pushes tasks forward without being chased.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build campaign landing pages, lead capture forms, popups, and CTAs tied to marketing automation
- Develop custom HubSpot modules, templates, and themes through code (not just drag-and-drop)
- Build and maintain HubDB-driven dynamic pages (directories, filtering, dynamic content)
- Implement complex navigation (mega menus, categorized structures)
- Maintain service pages, ensure mobile responsiveness, and optimize page speed
- Implement technical SEO: schema markup, redirects, sitemaps, internal linking
- Proactively audit the site, flag issues, and propose fixes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years hands-on HubSpot CMS development (Content Hub / Design Manager)
- Can code themes and templates from scratch in the HubSpot code editor
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Proficiency with HubDB for dynamic, data-driven pages
- Experience with complex navigation structures
- Working knowledge of technical SEO
- Proactive communicator who flags issues early and doesn't wait to be asked
- Reaches out to team members directly to unblock tasks and keep momentum
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, async team
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with POWER Themes or similar HubSpot theme frameworks
- HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (forms, workflows, landing pages)
- Google Analytics / Search Console experience
WORKING SETUP:
- Full-time contractor, ~40 hours/week
- Flexible hours, 1-2 short team calls per week (Monday/Wednesday afternoons CET)
- Remote, async-first team (Google Chat, Notion, Google Meet)
- $1,000/month via Wise
TO APPLY:
Send us:
1. Your portfolio - links to HubSpot sites you've built, with specific pages/modules/HubDB work you created
2. A short write-up covering: your HubSpot CMS experience, HubDB projects, your ability to code themes/templates through the code editor (not just drag-and-drop), and a specific example of a time you proactively spotted and fixed a problem on a site
CV is optional. We care about what you can do and how you think, not your job history.
