JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there,

We're a delivery consultancy that implements HubSpot for clients across Australia and New Zealand. Our projects range from CRM setup to full multi-hub configurations with integrations, automations, and custom reporting.

We're growing and need three HubSpot specialists to join our implementation team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Configuring HubSpot portals based on detailed implementation documentation
Creating and managing custom properties, pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle stages
Building workflows, sequences, and automation rules
Setting up reports, dashboards, and list segmentation
Configuring integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools
Following step-by-step implementation guides (every task comes with clear documentation, you won't be guessing)

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of hands-on HubSpot configuration experience (not just certifications)
Comfortable working across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
Understands HubSpot objects, properties, associations, and how data flows between them
Can read implementation documentation and execute without constant supervision
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear
Available to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
Nice to Have

HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architecture, Revenue Operations, etc.)
Experience with HubSpot API or developer tools
Familiarity with tools like N8N or native integrations
Engagement Details

Contractor arrangement (you invoice monthly, paid via Wise)
Consistent weekly hours, ongoing work
Competitive monthly rate
