HubSpot Coordinator
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HubSpot Coordinator with experience to help keep our CRM operations running smoothly and support our team as we grow. This role is perfect for someone who loves clean data, smart systems, and using technology to make everyone’s life easier.

Salary: Commensurate with Experience
What You’ll Do
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date data across all HubSpot hubs
Build, update, and optimize automations, integrations, workflows, pipelines, and dashboards
Keep a close eye on new HubSpot features and implement updates that benefit the team
Serve as project lead on internal operations initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
Support tea
Troubleshoot technical issues and relay solutions in a clear, friendly way
Create documentation and SOPs for new processes
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and overall CRM performance
What You Bring
Experience working with CRM Platform - HubSpot specific experience is REQUIRED!
A love for organization, structure, and keeping systems clean
Curiosity to learn, explore new tools, and stay ahead of HubSpot product updates
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize what matters most
A responsive solutions-oriented approach and an eye for process improvement
Excellent English skills proficiency, both verbal and written
