JOB OVERVIEW

Stanza Solutions provides temporary housing for families displaced by insurance claims (fire, water damage, etc.). We coordinate fully furnished or unfurnished rentals and manage placements from start to finish.

We are looking for a Housing Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and confident in driving conversations forward. This role requires someone who can follow up, communicate effectively, source housing options, and help move placements to completion quickly and accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate housing placements from start to finish
Communicate with landlords, tenants, and partners to move deals forward
Follow up consistently (calls, messages, emails) to prevent delays
Source housing options using online platforms
Assist with scheduling tours, move-ins, and inspections

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
Comfortable following up multiple times to get responses
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple placements at once
Proactive mindset (doesn’t wait to be told what to do)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience Preferred:

Sales, leasing, Airbnb, or property management experience
Experience sourcing or coordinating housing

Compensation:

Starting at $3/hour
Performance-based increases in hourly rate based on performance and consistency
Unlimited earning potential through bonus commissions based on completed placements
