JOB OVERVIEW

Rockenue is a tech-powered commercial management company for hotels across Europe. We handle revenue management, distribution, and tech implementation for a growing portfolio of properties.

We're hiring someone to manage a portfolio of hotel accounts end-to-end. You'll be the main point of contact for property partners — producing reports, flagging issues, and keeping everything running smoothly.
You'll work inside OTAs like ---------- and Expedia, channel managers, and hotel tech systems daily.

No hospitality experience needed. We'll train the right person. What we're looking for is harder to teach.

You should be:

Someone who picks up new software fast and genuinely enjoys it — complex dashboards and unfamiliar platforms excite you, not intimidate you. Already using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude as a regular part of how you work. A take-ownership type with a strong work ethic — when something needs doing, you do it properly and fast without being asked. The kind of person people naturally come to because you're reliable and on top of things. A clear, professional communicator in English (written and verbal) who can keep clients confident and informed.
