JOB OVERVIEW

LumberJill Lodge in Balsam Lake Wisconsin is in need of a full time admin. Primary responsibilities will be:

-Responding to guest messages/questions via Hostaway platform, RIngCentral (text and voice calls)
-Replying to guest reviews on AirBNB, Google, ----------
-Creating social media posts and sharing local content to our social pages

The right applicant must have:
-GREAT communication skills
-Must have reliable wifi connection
-Willingness to figure out problems
-Interest in learning new skills
-Willingness to work the following hours (in USA central time zone) Friday 5pm-11pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-11pm, and attend one mid week tea ---------- eting.

Bonus points if you have experience with the following platforms/softwares:
-Hostaway
-PriceLabs
-RingCentral
-Short video editing (opus clips)
-Canva
-Social Media (IG, FB)
