JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel VA — Lead Generation & Campaign Support (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Looking for a long-term home with a fast-growing US marketing agency? We help
home-service contractors get more customers, and we need a detail-obsessed VA
to run the engine room of our lead-generation campaigns.

What your day looks like:
• Running lead-generation campaigns start to finish
• Messaging and following up with leads through SMS in GoHighLevel
• Updating tags, pipelines, Google Sheets and trackers
• Following SOPs and reporting results at the end of each shift

This is backend work — not cold calling, not customer support.

You'll thrive here if you: know GoHighLevel (required), have lead-gen/outreach
experience, write clear English, stay organized, and want to grow into senior
roles over time.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday, US Eastern hours
Pay: $700–$1,000/month DOE + performance bonuses + salary reviews
Training: full SOPs + Loom walkthroughs for everything
