JOB OVERVIEW

Lead Generation Virtual Assistant for Home Service Marketing Agency (Full-Time)

We're a US-based marketing agency that generates leads for home-service
contractors, and we're hiring a full-time VA to help run the backend of our
lead-generation campaigns. If you've worked in GoHighLevel before, you'll fit
in fast.

Hands-on backend role — no cold calling, no customer support. You'll run the
campaigns, message and follow up with leads through SMS in GoHighLevel, update
tags and pipelines, keep our Google Sheets and trackers clean, follow clear SOPs,
and report results each shift.

Requirements:
• GoHighLevel experience required (or a very similar CRM you can pick up fast)
• Experience in lead generation, outreach, or messaging roles
• Fluent written English, very organized, follows SOPs, works independently
• Reliable internet + your own setup
• Full-time, Monday–Saturday, US Eastern hours

Pay: $700–$1,000/month based on experience + performance bonuses + salary reviews.
