Sterling Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts.
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, finding great talent, and helping candidates discover exciting career opportunities. This role is perfect for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, confident, and knows how to build strong relationships with candidates from the first conversation through the hiring process.

What You'll Do
As our Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting process from start to finish across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates
Reviewing resumes and screening applicants
Conducting candidate outreach and follow-up
Coordinating interviews
Helping candidates navigate the hiring process
Maintaining active and organized candidate pipelines
Supporting successful hires and onboarding efforts
Recruiting for hospice and healthcare-related positions
Representing our organization professionally and sharing what makes our opportunities unique
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, building relationships, and keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is confident, responsive, organized, and comfortable communicating with a wide variety of people. You should enjoy sourcing talent, building connections, and helping candidates feel excited about new opportunities.
Strong communication and follow-up skills are especially important in this role. We are looking for someone who can not only identify qualified candidates but also build trust, create interest, and help guide candidates toward accepting the right opportunity.
This is a fully dedicated position, and we are looking for someone who can commit exclusively to Sterling Staffing Solutions.
Ideal Candidate
The right person is proactive, dependable, persuasive, and motivated. You know how to find and engage healthcare professionals and understand the importance of maintaining strong candidate relationships.
You are comfortable managing multiple job openings at once, staying organized, moving quickly, and communicating clearly. Experience recruiting specifically within the hospice or home health industry is highly important for success in this role.

Requirements
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to source, engage, and successfully close candidates
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to communicate comfortably, naturally, and professionally with American candidates and hiring teams
Strong candidate follow-up and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
Must be fully dedicated to Sterling Staffing Solutions (No other active jobs, clients, contracts, or other work commitments)
