As the Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist, your role is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and activation of all field staff and designated office personnel. You drive results through the following main duties and responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
? Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews.
? Track candidates through all stages from application through activation and maintain accurate records.
? Manage recruiting calendars, interview scheduling, reporting, workforce analytics, and special projects.
? Build a solid people pipeline of Nurses, CNA’s and HHA’s using standard talent acquisition and candidate sourcing techniques.
? Monitor candidate activity on all job postings on recruitment portals and web pages.
? Develop community relationships to drive a strong Caregiver referral network through employment centers, local nursing colleges and other avenues.
? Maintain minimum 30% group interview show rate.
? Works in close partnership with the Scheduling and Care Designer team, ensuring that staffing levels are at needed levels in order to deliver continuity of care and ensuring zero cancellations on client’s visits due to lack of available staff.
? Oversees all administrative hiring policies, procedures and practices to be in compliance with employment standards; be the expert in your local market
? Takes a proactive approach in developing hiring and talent acquisition solutions.
Onboarding:
? Manage onboarding and credentialing process by gathering required documents, and ensuring that each phase of onboarding is completed efficiently and quickly.
? Ensure that all new hires have a NND profile and
? Monitor each new hire through the onboarding process to ensure completion of all necessary requirements prior to scheduling them for Discovery Day.
? Coordinates the scheduling of new hire Discovery Day.
? Troubleshoots login issues with new-hires to ensure all requirements (SSO) and training are completed.
? Educates Caregivers on our NPS employee survey, working to achieve goal of 10 NPS and acting on feedback to improve existing experience.
Engagement:
? Champion of Nurse Next Door culture, growth and development opportunities.
? Builds relationships with existing Leadership Tea
? Build strong professional relationships with new-hires to assist with the onboarding process and new-hire troubleshooting.
End of Employment:
? Updates Caregiver files in AlayaCare & Workforce Management upon end of employment.
Availability:
? Full time (Mon - Fri, 7:00am - 7:00pm (EST))
Business Relationships
? Reports to the COO & assists with management of executive calendar.
? Works closely in partnership with Care Designers, Scheduling, and the Client Care Ambassadors.
? Works to develop professional sourcing relationships with local employment centers, CNA/HHA or nursing schools and other avenues to source qualified caregivers.
Key Metrics:
? NPS; Client and Employee Score of 10.
? 30% minimum group interview show rate.
? Applicant contact within 24 business hours of application received.
? 90% phone screen completion rate.
? 95% onboarding completion rate.
? 100% compliance documentation completion prior to Discovery Day (orientation).
? Monthly caregiver and nurse hiring goals.
? Ensures staffing levels are above 25% and zero canceled visits due to lack of available staff.
Requirements:
? 2- 5 years’ experience recruiting A-Players in a high volume and fast growth environment. (Home Care recruiting experience).
? 2-5 years’ experience managing new-hire onboarding within a virtual environment, with demonstrated evidence of successful candidate completion.
? Minimum three years of professional level support, including telephone and voi
? Experience supporting a US based company during EST time zone. 7am -7pm (M-F).
? Strong organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills.
? Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain independant applicant tracking tools to capture weekly & monthly metrics.
? Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar.
? Fluency and ease in speaking English is rquired.
