JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a video editor who understands short-form ad content for platforms like TikTok, Meta Platforms ads, and YouTube. You’ll be editing short product-focused videos designed to perform well in paid advertising campaigns.

The workload is light and structured for now, but if things go well this can easily turn into a longer-term collaboration.

Compensation:
• $15 per completed video
• Each video includes 3 hook variations
• Bonuses may be offered depending on performance

Expected Workload:
• Around 2–7 videos per week
• Volume may increase depending on quality and consistency

How the Hiring Process Works:
1. Start your application with “I'm Ready to Make a Paid Sample.”
2. Send your best 3 ad-style videos (preferably product or e-commerce related).
3. If your work fits what we’re looking for, we’ll send paid sample instructions.
4. The sample will be a short video edit (up to ~1 minute).
5. You’ll hear back from us within 24 hours after submitting the sample.

Simple and straightforward.

Reference Examples:
We’ll provide a folder with example ads showing the editing style we want.

Before Applying:
Please only apply if you’re confident you can match a strong ad-editing style and deliver quickly. We’ll be producing a lot of videos, so consistency and speed matter.

Additional Notes:
Pricing can be adjusted after the sample, depending on quality and turnaround time.

Thanks!
