JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant to help us run our partner program.

We work with gyms, chiropractors, and wellness businesses in the US. They join our program for free and earn money by offering telehealth wellness programs to their own customers. Our marketing campaigns bring in business owners who reply and say they are interested.

Your job is everything that happens after they reply: follow them up, get them booked with our CEO, onboard them once they sign up, and keep their campaigns running.

**PAY**

- $5 per hour, plus bonuses and commissions
- You earn extra on: calls booked, onboardings completed, campaigns launched, and partner revenue
- The bonuses and commissions are not capped
- Paid twice a month, on the 15th and the 30th, via Wise

This is a long-term, full-time role. As the program grows, this seat grows into a team-lead position.

**YOUR DAILY TASKS**

- Follow up with every business owner who replies to our campaigns until they book a call with our CEO. Politely, persistently, and without losing anyone.
- Run 15-minute onboarding calls with new partners. These are video calls, in English, with US business owners.
- Set up each new partner inside GoHighLevel: sub-account, newsletter, email, and SMS tools. Make sure nothing is missing.
- Build and schedule each partner's campaign calendar - 4 emails and 2 SMS campaigns per month - and make sure the campaigns actually go out.
- Check in with active partners, keep them running, and pass anyone interested in our paid upgrades to the CEO.
- Keep the CRM and the project board updated every single day. Every lead, booking, onboarding step, and campaign status.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

- GoHighLevel experience. You should already know your way around sub-accounts, campaigns, and funnels.
- 2+ years as a virtual assistant, account manager, customer success rep, or something similar
- Excellent spoken English. You will be on video with US business owners within your first few weeks.
- Genuinely organized. You work from checklists, you hit dates, and nothing slips.
- Comfortable being measured on numbers: calls booked, onboardings completed, campaigns launched, partners kept active.
- You follow up without anybody reminding you to.

**NICE TO HAVE (not required)**

- Email or SMS marketing tools such as Beehiiv or Sendy
- Experience with gyms, wellness, health, or local business clients
- Experience working in a setter and closer team structure
