JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring full-time video editors for long-term work at ---------- .

We’re not looking for someone who just knows how to cut clips and hit export.
We’re looking for high-level editors who understand pacing, composition, motion, and storytelling — and actually enjoy pushing their craft to a higher level.
You’ll be editing YouTube long-form videos, shorts, ads, course videos, and webinars in a clean, modern, high-energy style.

Skills we expect you to already have:

1. Excellent pacing and storytelling instincts
2. Clean, tight jump cuts
3. Strong visual rhythm and timing
4. Dynamic captions (short-form style)
5. Good color correction
6. Proper audio leveling and cleanup
7. Smooth zooms, reframing, tasteful motion and ability to replicate and follow a specific editing style
8. Organized Premiere Pro workflow
9. Strong attention to detail
10. Ability to take and apply feedback
11. Understanding of retention-based editing

Bonus skills (not required, but VERY valued):
#1 Basic to intermediate motion graphics (After Effects or in-Premiere motion work)

#2 Creating clean lower thirds, transitions, graphic elements

#3 Building simple animated sequences

#4 Short form “viral style” editing

#5 Thumbnail experience (optional)
