Hiring Two (2) Business Development & Housing Operations Specialists
Referral Partnerships | Property & Resident Coordination

· $4–$6 USD per hour + $100+ USD Performance Incentives Bonuses Securing Partners & Properties | 25–40 hours per week

Base Compensation + Performance Incentives Bonuses and Schedule
Final work schedule, payment method, contractor terms, and system access will be documented before production work begins
· Schedule: 25–40 hours per week with reliable availability during agreed U.S. Central Time hours, ideally 9am-5pm. Front-office calling will take place during referral partners’ normal business hours.
· Base pay: $4–$6 USD per hour, depending on experience, demonstrated skills, and assigned responsibilities.
· Performance Incentives: In addition to hourly compensation, eligible contractors earn:
· A $100 USD Placement Conversion Bonus for each qualified referral relationships they originate that results in a completed and verified resident placement.
· A $100 USD Property Conversion Bonus for each qualified property leads that results in a fully executed, owner-approved Incentive Bonuses are paid only after the placement or lease has been verified.

Growing Shared Housing Company is expanding its housing and community referral network throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We are building a professional, paperless operating system for referral-partner development, property outreach, resident onboarding, and shared-housing administration.
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professionals who can help develop referral relationships while keeping our housing operations organized and execution-ready. Depending on your experience and strengths, you may be assigned primarily a combination of referral outreach, relationship development, appointment setting, property outreach, resident data administration, and limited marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Partnerships and Business Development

· Navigate gatekeepers and identify the appropriate case manager, social worker, discharge planner, placement coordinator, or referral decision-maker.

· Schedule referral-partner introductions, resident-assessment meetings, lunch-and-learns, open-house tours, and follow-up calls.
· Build and nurture relationships that can develop into consistent housing-placement referrals.
· Record every outreach attempt, conversation, outcome, contact update, and next action in
· Escalate active referrals, pricing questions, accommodation requests, complaints, legal concerns, and other sensitive matters to the owner.
Property Outreach
· Make outbound calls to determine property availability, pricing, lease terms, location, and suitability.
· Communicate the Company's intended housing use accurately and only through approved messaging.
· Maintain professional and consistent follow-up with property contacts.
· Organize property information, communication histories, and due-diligence materials for leadership review.
· Escalate promising property opportunities before making commitments or discussing non-approved terms.
Housing and Resident Operations
· Monitor referral and intake submissions and route them into the appropriate
· Help coordinate paperless resident intake and onboarding.
· Manage approved onboarding documents, checklists, signature tracking, and file-completion follow-up.
· Schedule resident assessments and informational meetings.
· Maintain accurate records of available housing units, incoming referrals, placement status, and next steps.
· Support ongoing resident communications, including approved maintenance, extension, relocation, and move-out coordination.
· Provide limited RentRedi support for resident records, agreements, payment status, and maintenance administration after access is approved.
Marketing and Administrative Support
Depending on the assigned workstream, responsibilities may also include:
· Manage the Company’s Instagram presence and maintain a consistent, professional brand voice.
· Draft, design, and schedule weekly branded social media content using Canva to create clean graphics, informational materials, and simple marketing layouts.
· Send and respond to approved referral-partner
· Coordinate calendars, meetings, reminders, and event logistics.
· Assist with preparation for lunch-and-learns, open houses, and referral-partner presentations.
· Support controlled document organization and general administrative tasks.
Work Performance Expectations
· Maintain 100% same-day CRM documentation for assigned outreach and follow-up activities.
· Follow approved scripts while sounding natural, warm, and professional.
· Complete follow-up tasks on time and maintain accurate next-action dates.
· Meet assigned outreach, data-quality, and workflow-completion goals.
· Front-office team members will gradually ramp toward approximately 150–200 outbound attempts during a full calling day after training.
· Activity expectations will be adjusted according to scheduled hours and assigned responsibilities.
· Higher calling volumes will be introduced only when communication quality, follow-up, and documentation remain at standard.
· Accept coaching professionally and correct errors promptly.
· Communicate early when a deadline, system issue, or unresolved question may affect completion.
Required Qualifications
· Strong spoken and written English.
· A professional, warm, and confident phone presence.
· Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, business development, lead generation, customer service, housing, healthcare outreach, social services, or property administration.
· Comfort spending a significant portion of the workday making outbound calls.
· Accurate online research, data-entry, and record-management skills.
· Experience maintaining CRM notes, contact records, pipeline stages, tags, and follow-up tasks.
· Ability to distinguish verified facts from assumptions and label unverified information appropriately.
· Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring responsibilities independently.
· Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, checklists, approval processes, and confidentiality requirements.
· Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace.
· Consistent availability during agreed U.S. Central Time working hours, 9am-5pm ideally.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful BUT is NOT required since training will be provided:
