JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone to take full ownership of our hiring process.

Right now, recruitment is handled alongside a dozen other responsibilities, and it needs a dedicated person. You will own sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates from start to finish, so that hiring stops being a bottleneck for our team.

This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do. You will be handed a process that already works and asked to run it, improve it, and keep the pipeline full without being chased.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Screen incoming applications and shortlist candidates against clear criteria
- Run our screening funnel: application form, practical test, and interview scheduling
- Track every applicant through the pipeline and keep the tracker current
- Respond to candidates promptly so nobody is left waiting
- Report weekly on pipeline health: applicants sourced, tested, shortlisted, hired
- Identify and test new sourcing channels when existing ones stop producing
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates, ideally for remote or VA roles
- Comfortable with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and ClickUp, or able to learn them quickly
- Organized enough to track 50+ applicants without losing anyone
- Self-directed: you notice a channel has stopped working and fix it before being asked
- Reliable internet and a working headset for calls
