We are looking for a proven leader who can hire fast, manage hard, and deliver results in a virtual environment. You must be comfortable making decisions, enforcing standards, and holding people accountable.
What You Will Own (No Excuses)
Full responsibility for hiring, training, and managing virtual staff
Build and scale teams: call agents, lead bookers, B2B callers
Hit booking and performance targets consistently
Monitor calls, enforce scripts, fix underperformance immediately
Remove weak performers and replace them fast
Run daily operations without micromanagement
Deliver weekly performance reports with real numbers, not excuses
Protect company standards, brand reputation, and customer experience
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
3–5+ years in a leadership or hiring role (virtual team experience REQUIRED)
Proven success managing remote teams and call-based operations
Experience in home services, HVAC, air duct cleaning, or US call centers strongly preferred
Excellent English (spoken & written) — clear, confident, professional
Deep understanding of US customers and sales conversations
Strong command of CRMs, dialers, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Zoom
Ability to work US Central / Eastern hours without exceptions
