ROLE PURPOSE
You are responsible for protecting the company through disciplined hiring and structured HR oversight.
Your job is to:
• Find the right Who’s
• Eliminate weak applicants early
• Test for SOP compliance
• Run structured interviews
• Enforce probation standards
• Track performance + documentation
• Protect leadership time
This is not a creative role.
This is a discipline role.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Hiring Execution
• Post job listings (OnlineJobs, Indeed,
• Create and manage hidden instruction filters
• Screen resumes + test submissions
• Run structured interviews (script provided)
• Score candidates using internal scorecards
• Recommend hire / reject decisions
HR Operations
• Track attendance + task completion
• Monitor probation periods (14–30 days)
• Issue warnings (one warning max)
• Coordinate onboarding access
• Remove access immediately upon termination
• Maintain employee files
Systems Protection
• Ensure every hire understands SOP compliance
• Ensure every hire understands culture standards
• Ensure every hire understands reporting structure
You do NOT:
• Set pay structures
• Change company vision
• Override SOPs
WORK SCHEDULE
• 30–40 hours per week
• Must overlap minimum 3 hours EST daily
• Must provide daily written updates
PAY STRUCTURE
Training Period (2–4 weeks):
$200–$250 bi-weekly
Post-Training:
$400–$600+ bi-weekly based on performance and speed
Performance raises available every 90 days.
Pay increases are tied to:
• Hiring quality
• Low turnover
• Compliance rates
• Speed
