JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based direct-to-consumer health supplement brand selling across the big 5, doing 6-figure months and on track to 7-figure months. We're spending $20,000+/day on Meta ads and we need someone who can keep the creative pipeline fed.

This is not a traditional video editing role. We're hiring a dedicated AI video editor — someone whose core skill is producing high-volume, high-quality ad creative using AI tools. If you use AI "sometimes" as part of a broader editing workflow, this isn't the right fit.

What you'll produce:

AI UGC ads and podcast-style videos that look real and native, not obviously synthetic. AI song ads. AI animations across Pixar, 3D, claymation, and other styles — not just pretty visuals, but ads that actually communicate the product mechanism and follow a script. Clean, consistent voiceover across all output. Fast turnarounds on trial tasks and live briefs, matching reference quality with no shortcuts.

What this looks like day to day:

You'll work within the creative team, assigned weekly capacity. High volume. We'll give you scripts, references, and briefs. You ship finished creative — fast, consistent, at scale.

Compensation:

$1,500/month base retainer + aggressive performance bonuses tied to winning creative. When your ads hit spend thresholds at target ROAS, you get paid accordingly. We're ready to outpay your current rate for the right person — but portfolio and output come first.

Full-time, remote, start ASAP.
