JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Lead Generation VA for the U.S. wholesale real estate market.

Your only responsibility is to generate and qualify motivated seller leads. I will handle all negotiations, offers, contracts, and closings.

You MUST already have your own:
• Dialer
• CRM
• Lead generation software
• Lead lists or a proven method for finding leads
• Skip tracing software
• Complete lead generation system

I will NOT provide any software, dialer, CRM, lead lists, skip tracing tools, or lead generation platforms. You must already have your own tools and be able to start producing qualified motivated seller leads immediately.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working for a U.S. wholesale real estate company
• Strong English communication skills
• Available during U.S. business hours
• Able to consistently generate qualified motivated seller leads
• Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
