We’re a founder-led marketing automation agency helping home-service businesses grow through funnels, ads, and smart systems. This role is all about ops execution: keeping Asana tight, routing client requests, handling billing, and making sure the team has what they need to deliver.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Asana coordination: create/route tasks, set owner/due/priority, chase overdue items
- Client request intake: log requests, set SLAs, and close the loop with the CGM
- Billing & admin: prepare/send invoices, track payments, update QuickBooks
- Scheduling: manage calendar invites, confir ---------- etings, drop Zoom links, organize notes
- Reporting: post a simple weekly dashboard + agenda every Monday

Who You Are

- Excellent written English and strong follow-through
- Detail-obsessed, process-driven, comfortable nudging teammates
- Fast with Asana + Google Workspace; QuickBooks basics a plus
- Bonus: GoHighLevel familiarity, simple automations (rules/Zapier)

Compensation & Perks

- Remote
- Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week) with 2–4 hrs overlap in US business hours
- Contractor role, with growth potential into expanded ops/comms support
