Responsibilities:
- Edit high-impact ads, reels, and social videos using CapCut Pro
- Design digital assets (Canva + Adobe Suite) that are bold, clean, and on-brand
- Understand marketing psychology: hooks, storytelling, social proof
- Transform raw UGC into polished, viral-ready ads
- Follow creative briefs + brand guidelines while adding your unique spark
- Meet deadlines consistently (speed is everything here)
- Work with our team and communicate clearly in English
? Requirements:
-CapCut Pro expert (fast cuts, captions, trending edits)
-Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva Pro
-Strong branding + visual storytelling sense
-Attention to detail + commitment to high-quality output
-Team player who can follow direction but also bring ideas
-Fluent in English (written + spoken)
-Reliable, consistent, and deadline-oriented

Experience editing for paid ads (Meta/TikTok/YouTube)
Knowledge of CTR, hooks, and conversion-focused creative
Sense of humor + understanding of internet culture/
