JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is not just a basic data entry role. We are looking for someone who can become a valuable part of our administration and operations team and help us improve the way our business runs. A successful applicant will need to be organised, confident using different software systems and comfortable learning how an Australian trade service business operates.

The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Social media marketing and management
- Google Ads and google analytic support
- Managing and assisting with our service titan job management and dispatching system
- General administration and data entry
- Data analysis and reporting
- Google Drive, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel management
- Graphic design and marketing content
- Learning our trade business and helping improve how we market our services
- Assisting with day to day business systems and processes
- Supporting the existing admin team and taking on tasks they don’t always have capacity to complete
Experience with ServiceTitan, ActiveCampaign, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Xero, Vimeo and Canva is required.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks, with the aim of becoming a long-term part of our team.
