JOB OVERVIEW

???? About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented HighLevel (GoHighLevel) Virtual Assistant who already has hands-on experience building inside GHL.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

You will be responsible for supporting automation builds, funnel setups, CRM organization, and ongoing system optimization for a fast-growing insurance marketing agency.

If you love building clean systems, solving automation problems, and working inside HighLevel daily — this role is for you.

You have less than 12 months of HighLevel experience

You have only watched tutorials but not built systems

You are not comfortable with automation logic

You require constant supervision

We are looking for a self-directed operator, not a beginner.

???? Your Responsibilities

You will help with:

Building and editing HighLevel workflows

Funnel and landing page setup

Pipeline automation and stage movement

Calendar and booking system setup

Facebook Lead Form ----------

Basic troubleshooting inside GHL

CRM cleanup and organization

Supporting ongoing marketing campaigns

? Required Experience (Must Have)

Minimum 12 months hands-on HighLevel experience

Built workflows from scratch

Experience with tags, triggers, and automation logic

Comfortable troubleshooting inside GHL

Strong written English

Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Detail-oriented and process-driven

? Strong Bonus (Not Required but Preferred)

A2P registration experience

Webhooks / Zapier / API connections

Facebook Lead Ads integration

Funnel design experience

Insurance or lead generation experience

Experience supporting U.S. clients
