JOB OVERVIEW

Go Viral is an app used by TikTok Shop creators. Every day, creators send us short videos that need a fast, clean polish before posting: tighter pacing, dead air removed, captions on, hook up front. We already have a working team of editors doing this inside the app, and we need more editors who are built for volume.

This role is for editors who like lots of small, fast jobs instead of one long project. Videos land in a queue throughout the day. You grab a video, polish it to the brief, submit it, and move to the next one. You are paid for every completed video, and there is a speed bonus for deliveries under 30 minutes.

Most of the work is polish-level editing on 15–60 second vertical videos, not editing features from scratch. If you are the kind of editor who can finish a clean TikTok polish in 20–30 minutes and do that many times a day, this is built for you. Our busiest window is roughly 4 PM to midnight US Eastern time, with work available at other hours as well. Work when you are available; the more you complete, the more you earn.

What you will do:
- Work through a queue of short vertical videos and polish each one to a short brief
- Cut dead air and retakes, tighten pacing, add captions, overlays, and a strong opening hook
- Deliver most polishes in 30–45 minutes or less
- Handle a high daily volume of small edits, consistently
- Flag problem videos (bad audio, missing footage, unclear brief) instead of guessing

Requirements:
- You edit short-form vertical video every day and you are fast at it (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- A portfolio of TikTok / Reels / Shorts edits that shows clean pacing and captions
- You can sustain volume without quality dropping off
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- You communicate in clear written English and follow briefs exactly
- Bonus if you are available during afternoon/evening US hours, when the queue is busiest

Pay (per completed video):
- Quick polish: $0.60
- Full polish: $1.20
- Heavy edit: $2.40
- Standard client video: $1.20
- Premium client video: $2.40
- Concept pay: $0.18 per approved concept
- Speed bonus: +$0.50 for any video delivered in under 30 minutes
