About Oprisa GmbH: We are a rapidly expanding German company managing a massive fleet of couriers for major Food Delivery Platform across Germany (50+ of the biggest cities). We operate in a high-speed environment where headcount equals revenue.
Job Summary: We are seeking relentless "Hunters" for our Logistics Division. You will execute mass and aggressive hiring to fill 50+ driver seats per week. This is NOT a traditional corporate HR role; this is a high-pressure, high-reward numbers game.
Key Responsibilities:
Mass Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment for courier/driver roles across Germany.
Guerilla Sourcing: Post and manage 50+ job advertisements per day on
Speed to Lead: Conduct fast screening calls (5-10 mins) and push candidates to "Signed Contract" status within 24 hours.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of backup drivers to ensure zero vacancy.
Reporting: Track daily output (Ads Posted vs. Leads vs. Hires) and report directly to the Fleet HR Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in Mass Hiring / RPO (Logistics, BPO, High-Volume Retail, or Blue-Collar staffing).
Grit: You are not afraid of rejection and can handle high targets.
Tech Savvy: Expert in navigating
Language: Excellent written and spoken English. (German language skills are a huge plus).
???? THE OFFER (High Earning Potential):
Stable Base Salary: Paid on time, every time ($500 - $700 depending on experience - weekly payments).
???? COMMISSION BOOSTER: You receive $30 USD for EVERY driver you hire who completes 300 deliveries.
Example: If you hire 10 good drivers in a week and they hit the target -> That is an EXTRA $300 USD/week for you.
There is NO CAP on commissions. The more quality drivers you find, the more you earn.
Schedule:
Must be willing to work mid-shift / night-shift (Philippine Time) to overlap with German business hours (Afternoon/Evening in Germany).
