We are a new ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company providing therapy services to children with autism. Our mission is serious, and so is our recruiting.
We are hiring a full-time recruiter who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and is comfortable owning hiring results in a competitive market.
This is not a passive or administrative recruiting role. This is a production-driven role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Recruiting and scheduling interviews for RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and BCBAs
-High-volume sourcing and outreach (LinkedIn, job boards, cold messaging, referrals)
-Managing candidate pipelines daily
-Reducing interview no-shows and offer drop-offs
-Tracking and reporting weekly recruiting KPIs
-Following up persistently with candidates
-Owning outcomes — not just activity
The Reality of This Role:
-Candidates will cancel.
-Interviews will reschedule.
-Offers will sometimes fall through.
-The market is competitive.
We need someone who does not get discouraged by churn and who responds by increasing activity and refining the approach.
If you prefer slow, strategic, highly structured recruiting environments, this is likely not the right role.
What We’re Looking For
-3+ years recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
-Experience with healthcare, staffing, or entry-level recruiting is a plus
-Comfortable with cold outreach and phone screening
-Strong spoken English and clear communication
-Emotionally steady and solution-oriented
-KPI-driven mindset (you track activity and conversion)
Comfortable working U.S. business hours
