Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven, experienced Cold Caller / Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate is relentless, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 400+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients
Send follow-up text messages to all unanswered calls
Clearly communicate our bookkeeping services and value proposition
Qualify leads and set appointments with decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of calls, texts, and outcomes in CRM
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements:
Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
Proven track record in sales and cold calling success
Ability to handle high call volumes with energy and consistency
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Experience using dialing systems, CRM tools, and texting platforms
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services sales
Familiarity with small business operations
Previous remote sales experience
Compensation:
Competitive base + performance-based incentives/commissions
Bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets
