What You’ll Do:
- Initiate outreach to high-potential leads with clarity, warmth, and conviction.
- Conduct engaging Discovery Calls. You need to be able to uncover needs, build rapport, and guide decisions.
- Learn our Masterclass-style programs so you can compel people to take the next business steps.
- Collaborate closely with our coaching and closing team/
- Consistently exceed KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and client engagement quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect meaningfully with prospects
- Craft call strategies and learn our scripts.
- Track every call with detailed notes to support seamless transitions to downstream tea ---------- mbers.
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Meet and surpass weekly and monthly targets in lead-to-call and call-to-enrollment conversion rates.

- Proven experience as Setter or similar role
- Strong, confident, and empathetic communicator
- Skilled in consultative questioning
- Resilient and persistent with objections
- Organized and detail-oriented
