JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to convert warm, pre-qualified leads into paying clients.

All leads are inbound and booked calls—your role is to take control of the conversation, build trust, and close deals.

We specialize in credit repair and business funding solutions, helping clients improve their financial position and access capital.

If you’re someone who knows how to guide conversations, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale—this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct scheduled Zoom/phone calls with inbound leads
* Build rapport and understand client financial situations
* Clearly present our services and value
* Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
* Close deals and collect payments
* Update CRM with call outcomes and notes

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales or closing (high-ticket preferred)
* Strong English communication (clear, confident, minimal accent preferred)
* Ability to control conversations and lead clients to decisions
* Comfortable discussing money and asking for payment
* Reliable internet and quiet workspace
* Coachable and performance-driven mindset

Compensation:

* Base pay + commission OR commission-heavy (depending on experience)
* High earning potential based on performance
* Bonuses for hitting weekly/monthly targets

* Flexible, but must be available for scheduled calls (U.S. time zones preferred)
