JOB OVERVIEW

Intersection Advisory is a premier USA-based recruiting firm. We help top-tier Financial Advisors transition to massive platforms. We do not micromanage; we measure results. We use the best tech stack in the game: HubSpot, JustCall, ClickSend, and Slack.

The Money (Pay & Perks):
Base Pay: $4.00 USD per hour (Paid Bi-weekly). This is a consistent base salary.

The "Hunter" Bonuses:
$5 per Qualified Lead.
$30 per Held Appointment.

Team bonuses (We can go over in interview)
$1,500 Closed Deal Bonus
$300 Team Bonus

Potential Monthly Income: $800 (Base) + Bonuses = $1,500 - $2,500+

The Mission:
High-Volume Hunting: Execute 200 outbound calls daily using our power dialer.
Precision: Identify qualified financial advisors and book meetings for our Managing Partner.
Speed: Manage leads in HubSpot in real-time.
Communication: Be active on Slack. We work as a unit.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

English Mastery: You must sound like a US local. Impeccable grammar and tone.
Tech Setup: Wired Internet (Ethernet), Noise Canceling Headset, and a professional home office environment.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in high-volume cold calling (Real Estate, Insurance, or Recruiting).
