JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a rockstar Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our team in the POS (Point of Sale) and business services industry. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to earn significant commissions by connecting us with business owners who need our solutions.

The Compensation (Best in Market)
Base Salary: $4.00 USD per hour.

Weekly Bonus: $10.00 USD for every qualified appointment that is successfully attended. (Paid every week).

Big Performance Bonus: $200.00 USD for every lead you provide that results in a closed sale and a completed system installation.

Potential: If you set 2-3 sales a month, you are more than doubling your monthly income!

Schedule
Shift: Monday to Friday.

Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Total: 20 hours per week.

What We Are Looking For
Neutral Accent: You must have a clear, professional English accent (Americanized/Neutral).

Experience: Previous experience in BPO, outbound cold calling, or appointment setting is required.

Closing Mindset: We don't want script-readers; we want people who can build rapport and qualify high-quality leads.

Equipment: Stable high-speed internet and a noise-canceling headset.
