About the Role :
We are a specialized Customer Support agency for Shopify brands. We are looking for a lightning-fast Lead Generation Specialist based in the Philippines to help us secure new outsourcing contracts.
Your mission is simple: Monitor Upwork 24/7 for Shopify Customer Support jobs and apply within 10 minutes of the post.

Key Responsibilities
• Instant Monitoring: Constantly refresh Upwork feeds for keywords: Shopify Support, Customer Service, Zendesk, Gorgias, E-commerce CS.
• Ultra-Fast Bidding: Submit high-quality, personalized proposals within 5 to 10 minutes of a job being posted.
• Lead Qualification: Only apply to serious offers from reputable clients (verified payment, good history).
• Reporting: Log every application and track responses in our tracking sheet.

Required Skills
• Speed & Discipline: You must be highly reactive and ready to strike as soon as a notification pops up.
• Upwork Expertise: Deep understanding of how to use "Connects," boost bids, and bypass filters.
• Perfect English: Ability to quickly adapt our templates to the specific needs of each job post.
• Shopify Knowledge: You know what a Shopify store owner is looking for (reducing tickets, handling refunds, etc.).
