You’ll be working inside a proven sales system with clear expectations, real earning potential, and room to scale quickly based on results.
???? Compensation That Rewards Performance
Starting Base: $3/hour
2+ sales (per 2-week cycle): $4/hour
4+ sales (per 2-week cycle): $5/hour
$25 commission per sale
+$50 performance bonus opportunity
???? Most reps hit 2+ sales weekly (earning $4/hr + $50+ bonuses)
???? Top performers consistently reach $5/hr + $100+ in weekly bonuses

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling US homeowners using a dialer system
Qualifying and converting leads into booked appointments
Following a structured script — but knowing when to own the conversation
Working toward weekly and bi-weekly sales targets
???? Schedule (Full-Time Stability)
Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
1-hour unpaid break
Optional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
???? Who This Is For
We’re specifically hiring reps who already know how to sell:
Strong English communication (neutral to American accent preferred)
Minimum 1 year cold calling experience
Background in roofing, solar, insurance claims, or real estate is a strong advantage
Comfortable handling objections and pushing for the close
