???? The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and converting conversations across two pipelines:
Organic traffic (Instagram, inbound leads, etc.)
Paid traffic (warmer leads, but still require strong qualification & follow-up)
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily conversations with leads
Qualifying prospects effectively
Booking calls into the calendar
Following up with short-term and long-term leads
Handling both hot leads (ready now) and nurture leads (not ready yet)
Keeping pipelines organised and moving consistently
This is not just replying to messages — this is driving conversations toward booked calls and revenue.
We operate on a DM-to-Call-to-Close model — your role is critical in that process.

Base salary + performance-based bonuses
