JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly experienced Instagram DM Setter who knows how to turn conversations into qualified leads and booked calls. If you’re sharp, proactive, and results-driven, this role is for you.

As our DM Setter, you’ll be responsible for managing Instagram conversations, engaging leads, and qualifying prospects for our offers. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue by booking high-quality calls.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker (clear, natural communication)
- Willing to work US hours
- At least 1 year of experience DM setting
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and objection handling
- Ability to manage high-volume conversations without losing quality
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound Instagra ---------- ssages
- Build rapport and qualify leads effectively
- Guide prospects toward booking calls
- Maintain organized tracking of conversations and leads
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and performance

I own two companies B Dancewear and Effective Ecommerce and am a partner to multiple e-commerce businesses.
