JOB OVERVIEW

We’re working with faith-based artists and building content that drives real growth, not just surface-level engagement.

This role is for someone who is highly experienced in video editing, understands how content performs in the music space, and can also manage social platforms while supporting day-to-day artist growth.

You will be responsible for both the quality of the content and how it performs.

What you’ll be doing:

- Editing is the core of this role. You will take raw footage and turn it into high-retention, platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with strong pacing, clean visuals, and intentional structure.

- Alongside that, you will manage posting, engagement, and overall content flow across platforms, while also supporting outreach and identifying opportunities that help the artist grow.

What we’re looking for:

- You are advanced in your editing software and comfortable working with professional-level tools and workflows. You understand color grading, pacing, captions, and how to structure content that holds attention.

- You have a strong feel for music. You know how to edit in rhythm, build emotion, and create content that fits the artist, not just generic trends.

- You understand what makes content perform. Not guesses, actual understanding of retention, hooks, and why people watch or scroll.

- You can communicate clearly, stay organized, and operate without constant direction.

To apply:

Send your portfolio and a short overview of your experience, including the tools you use and your setup. (will not consider if videos are low-level, simple edits, and not viral ready)

Also answer this:
What specific editing choices do you make to improve reach on short-form content?

Final note:

This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and cares about performance, not just output. WE PAY WELL!!!!

God Bless:)
