JOB OVERVIEW

**???? Hiring: High-Level Executive Assistant / Digital Operator (GoHighLevel + AI + Marketing + Systems)**

I’m the founder of a fast-growing education + staffing company, and I’m looking for someone who can move FAST, think independently, and execute without hand-holding.

This is NOT a basic assistant role.
I need someone who can help me build, organize, and scale — not just take tasks.

### ???? What You’ll Be Doing:

* Build and manage systems inside **GoHighLevel (GHL)**
* Set up funnels, automations, workflows, emails, and pipelines
* Upload and organize course content (GHL, Moodle, etc.)
* Assist with **video production** (cutting clips, syncing audio, organizing content)
* Help execute **webinars** (setup, reminders, replay pages, links)
* Support with **content posting + repurposing** (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts)
* Assist with **Facebook Ads setup + tracking** (not required but a HUGE plus)
* Organize backend systems (Google Drive, Airtable, etc.)
* Help problem-solve and improve workflows (this is BIG)

### ???? AI REQUIREMENT (VERY IMPORTANT):

You MUST be comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and output.

This includes:

* Using tools like **ChatGPT**, **Descript**, **CapCut**, or similar
* Turning ideas into content quickly using AI
* Automating repetitive tasks using AI
* Thinking in terms of efficiency and scale

If you do NOT actively use AI in your workflow, this is NOT the role for you.

* Knows how to **build automations + funnels**
* Comfortable with **tech, systems, and figuring things out**
* Can take a messy idea and turn it into a structured system
* Has experience with **video editing tools**
* Bonus if you understand **online education, coaching, or digital products**
* Bonus if you’ve touched **Facebook Ads**
